Two High-Demand Hits Arriving on the PSP Soon
Jun 28, 2009 - 3:47 AM - by BJK
Grand Theft Auto: China Town Wars

Rockstar Games and Take Two international is finally releasing their third GTA series installment on the PSP after a lack of success with the Nintendo DS. Obviously, it will have much better visuals this time and widescreen compatability. If GameStop or Game isn't exactly your way to spend money, the title will also be available in the PlayStation Store as a digital download.

Gran Turismo

The time has come for Sony's excusive racing simulator to fit in your pocket. Many have denied that the series will ever make it to the PSP (including me, heh) however the community is proven wrong once again.

Sony Announces 'PSP Go'
May 31, 2009 - 4:52 AM - by BJK
The PSP Go is a cell phone-like alternate to the PSP-3000, not meant to replace it at all, also not a 4000. It will be confirmed at E3 this weekend.

The video reveals Sony's plans for new PSP games, offers up hardware specs and when gamers will be able to get their hands on the PSP Go. Highlights include:
• Gran Turismo, LittleBigPlanet, Jak & Daxter and Metal Gear Solid are all either confirmed or mentioned.
• The Go's 16 gigs of flash memory and bluetooth support ("You can also tether it to your cell phone,") are touted.
• In discussing the PSP Go's video-playing capability, it sounds like the rental service through PSN will extend to the PSP Go.
• PSP Go will not replace the PSP-3000; the 3000 will still be kept on the market.
• The PSP Go will arrive this fall.
• It's 43 percent lighter than the PSP-3000
• It has a 3.8-inch screen
