How do you get windows to show hidden files?[addsig]

Windows XP and Windows 2003

To enable the viewing of Hidden files follow these steps:

1. Close all programs so that you are at your desktop.
2. Double-click on the My Computer icon.
3. Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
4. After the new window appears select the View tab.
5. Put a checkmark in the checkbox labeled Display the contents of system folders.
6. Under the Hidden files and folders section select the radio button labeled Show hidden files and folders.
7. Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide file extensions for known file types.
8. Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files.
9. Press the Apply button and then the OK button and shutdown

I figured probably he did that but how would i be able to check if i can't access the memory stick i any way, mayb if i had a cardreader but still.[addsig]

ok so i dl'ed that total newbie installer thing and have absolutely no clue what to do next.

i opend the archive and dont know what to do with it. :-? [addsig]

Me too i have no clue what so ever and ther is no README file or any thing... I'm lucky i found the file[addsig]

Hey guys.. i'm trying to find a Noobz easy way to make the magic memory stick that will work on the PSP Slim moddels. I have the battery ready but i have lost my stick so i need to make a new one.. any help?[addsig]
