Think the price will rise or fall for the PSP?

Rumor has it that the second PSP shipment will be $199, but I don't believe it. Sony can charge whatever they want, and people will still buy it.[addsig]

I hope sony doesnt drop it that low in the second shipment. That would really suck. I paid 271 for my psp *that was with taxs*. It better be a year or something. Just think how long did it take for them to drop the price of the PS2. If i remember right it took about close to 2 years.*199 to 148* [addsig]

The price may drop after a several years but you shouldn't expect the price to drop any time soon. It's a really new unit. The unit hasn't even been released in Europe! So until then, the price should stay up there...[addsig]

$300+ is insane! I got mine for $230 from Best Buy with there rebate. I get nothing off for employee discount but $230 is way better then $300! They make us buy the Service Plan tho... Incase it ever has a "POWER SURGE" or something. lol "Oh i only got 1 day left on my service plan?" "Glad it broke before it expired!" "Now about my new PSP..."[addsig]

I know one thing. I got the 1 year plan. I would get mad if sony slaped that hdd into it one year after i got mine... when the service plan goes out.[addsig]
