To make a portal just use a HTML generator like MS FrontPage. There really isn't any "proper" way to make a portal, but it should fit the PSP's screen (480X272). You might want to learn how to do Flash and program JavaScript so that you can do some extra stuff, but other then that it's up to you.[addsig]

You would have to install FrontPage if you don't have it and I don't know how you would do it, I'm just saying thats something you can use.[addsig]

Also im in the process of making a portal for you. Its a condensed version tho and fits the psp screen.
