Well the 3.10 OE i think will come out today or tomorrow. I think this because these guys have alot of knowledge on the psp now and can make something that took weeks before and make it in days.[addsig]

ok, why cant i find any of the oeupdmaker's, all i get is a rar file for 303oe_c, and a pbp file for the eboots, how do i open them.
