You have to get a 3.10 DECRYPTED game_plugin.prx for use with 3.10 OE. Here is what you have to do in Hex Workshop:

1) Open the Decrypted 3.XX "game_plugin.prx" in Hex Workshop.
2) Search for "opening_plugin".
3) Now scroll down until you see "flash0:/vsh/resource/opening_plugin.rco".
4) Change the "opening_plugin.rco" part to "0pening_plugin.rco". (0=ZERO)
5) Save It!
6) Flash it to "flash0:/vsh/nodule/..." with PSPFiler or via USB.

Hope I have helped.

P.S. Sorry that the PRX linked further up in the thread bricked your PSP.

Open the game_plugin.prx with hex workshop, then search for flash0:/vsh/resource/opening_plugin.rco. Once you find it, change it to flash0:/vsh/resource/0pening_plugin.rco (Like carboycam said). The only drawback with this is that the PSP logo in the gameboot cannot be changed. However, the opening message, coldboot and all the others can!

Erm... First, you bumped the thread. :-P

Second, you don't need to use this guide anymore, use the opening_plugin.rco file from the pack linked below.

If you use RCO Edit, you can edit any of the included RCOs! (They are basically decrypted, editable, 3.51/3.52 RCOs.[addsig]
