If you use RCO Edit, you can edit any of the included RCOs! (They are basically decrypted, editable, 3.51/3.52 RCOs.

No thats not it. Basically your need the original one, too load up psx games. The other one is your custom one. This faq is so you can do that, have a custom boot while still eing able to load psx games. Hope you caught some of what im saying, not too good at making points.[addsig]
