I don't really play MGO that much because I don't really like it. MGS4 is awesome but MGO needs fixing. I mean in order to kill someone ou have to either have a headshot on them which is mostly the case or shoot two clips at them. Until they fix that I will never play MGO that much. I might add you but I will probably forget to.

The actual application itself will not cost any money, but as you go through Home you will notice you can buy clothing, furniture and club houses (Which are a waste of money in my opinion!).

Well not really it seems like if you were in closed beta you got some stuff that are in the stores now for free. My friend said you have to pay and I told him I got it for free.
