& "..." is known as ellipsis & has a proper use in written English language, for the emitted part of a sentance that's understood as known.
I feel your rules are a little heavy mate! I like the site, even tho it's a little slow loading, but what happened to free expression & allowing society to govern itself? Rather than been confined by an A:Z of instructions.
But what I'm really trying to put across, without offending anyone, is that some of your rules are a little bit anal
