Preparation

Construction

2. Adjust the concentration of foamed concrete, the general density is about 300-1800kg/m3, and the foamed concrete with 300-1200kg/m3 is the most commonly used. When high concentration of foam concrete is needed, the concentration of cement slurry can be appropriately increased to control the bubble size, on the contrary, the concentration of cement slurry can be appropriately reduced. 3. Cover. Before covering, set up the hoarding where you need to cover, and after making sure that there are no pores, cover the surface with the adjusted foam concrete. According to the requirements of the construction team, a high line is placed on its surface, usually according to the surface of 2 meters, and then the surface is flattened (with a ruler, the length is between 3 and 5 meters), and it must be guaranteed not to destroy its shape due to shaking, so as to ensure the integrity of the finished product. The foamed concrete is separated according to the different requirements of the construction team. In the process of transportation, the passage of the pipeline should also be checked to prevent the instability caused by blockage, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the construction.

 

During this period, the pipes that hinder the transport of materials must be repaired in time to ensure that the appropriate pressure is always maintained. 4. Clean the equipment in time after finishing, and arrange the corresponding responsible personnel to take care of the nature first, and then spray water on the products regularly after 36 hours. It is best to spray water 2-3 times a day, and no one should be near it before. Do not use until more than 15 days after use. After completion, to carry out quality inspection and protection of the product, according to the need to fill supplementary loopholes, fine stones can be used.
