The following are steps to make a powder made from niobium Nitride:
1) Mixed metal niobium, magnesium, powders, into the vacuum reaction vessel. Heat preservation is followed by heat preservation. Next, heat up to the set temperature. Fill the argon with argon, then heat up to the second paragraph. Cool the reactions products to room-temperature.
2) Next, crush the product from Step 1. Then pickle it. Then rinse the pickled product with water until it is neutral. Finally, dry it in order to obtain Nb nitride.
